To me your dream is a little up ending because you have so many things going on under the sea. When stuff is under water it means that your struggling and you probably having a difficult time take things to heart or to mind. The huge eye ball looking down upon you and whats going on probably means that someone that you love dearly like a family member that has past on, is looking at you and is enjoying everytime they see you. You also describe a gym with graffiti on the bleachers. This looks like you play sports such as basketball or something, while the graffiti looks as if you have had a difficult time growing up with gangs and drugs near by.
